I bought Premium Black Tall classic UGG Boots for Myself . To Treat myself for Christmas. I haven't received them I'm still waiting. still tracking them , There were in Milton Keynes for two weeks and they are now in Coventry for Another two weeks that is what my tracking is saying, i tried to them ,and been transfered to different people. I' m tired of waiting, I JUST WANT MY BOOTS OF MY MONEY BACK.
Once I received it, I had to pay an additional €20 in tax. This was not clearly stated on the website, and in the end it cost almost the same as buying it in Germany.
Sole is rigid and doesn’t flex
I love these boots, they fit perfectly. They are very snuggly and warm and look just like the pictures. Very happy.

Haven’t received my parcel, lost in the post and I have confirmation from parcel for about this, company is uncontactable. Have emailed twice since 13th December.

The boots arrived in a sturdy box in time. They are warm and cosy. The color is nice.
Two further comments. I was disappointed that I still had to pay quite high customs fees (the Netherlands)amounting to 25% of the purchase price.
Although they are good boots, I doubt they are genuine Uggs. The sole tread is incorrect, and the Uggs label on the heel is metal, not fabric.
Got them for my missus... she loves them. Warm feet, happy feet. 🩷
